Honestly I'm am so mad at this place. Not only did it take 25 minutes longer to get my order from when it was suppose to be ready...I was missing 4 different items!!!!!!! I didn't get my apple rolls, cheese ragoons, one plate was missing it's orange chicken and the other plate was missing rice. I live 30mins away so I have tried to call this location 3 times so far to speak with a manager and Noone will answer the phone.

Not entirely sure what was going on tonight, but was told there was no white rice so my options were fried rice or chow mein. I went with chow mein, got home and to my surprise, I received plain noodles with ice cold celery. I think maybe they were trying to pretend this was the cabbage, not sure. But I know different.

Ordered delivery, simple orange chicken with fried rice. Order incorrect, tried calling store twice and no answer. Contacted customer service with no response. Service lousy, customer service worse. Unable to comment on ambiance, was delivery order

Waited 1 hour for a SCHEDULED order that was already paid for other wise I would have left. Also tried to call multiple times and they claimed the phone was “broken”. What’s the point in scheduling an order for a certain time if it’s not ready for that time? People going through drive through were able to get food sooner even though I waited in lobby for an hour. Everytime I asked they said they would get to it soon. Absolutely ridiculous

Ordered through UberEats. Horrible. I ordered a big plate with double orange chicken & teriyaki chicken with white rice. Staff wrote on the order that they were out of rice so they gave me noodles. The noodles were rubbery & dry. I've never seen them like this in my life. They were literally beige in color, no sauce or anything. They were out of teriyaki chicken so they threw in an egg roll.New to North Carolina from Georgia and I'm already missing home. The food was garbage and Uber can only credit you five dollars for $25 order.

Can’t speak for their food handling/safety practices since we came through the drive thru. But, the food was great and I haven’t had to pay a visit to the bathroom, yet.
This establishment needs some serious attention. No one is wearing gloves, hairnets or beard covers to fix your food! I seen the cook actually pick up food with his bare hands to prepare someone's food! Maybe try another establishment!

NO ONE HAD ON GLOVES...NOT EVEN THE COOK....eat at your own risk. No gloves is unsanitary and so much under people's nails and on their hands. Not a box of gloves anywhere. The men nor women had on hair nets on head or beards. Fix it!!!!!

New location near Concord Mills Mall. Limited seating. The chow mein was tasteless. The Firecracker Shrimp was not hot and NOT worth $1.50 extra. The only thing good was the Orange Chicken. Don't go there on purpose. Lots of other places to spend your money. I'll give it one more try. If it does not improve I will change rating to One star.
