Very friendly staff, however this time our pizzas were over cooked. Half of the pizza dough was very thin and the other half was closer to the regular thickness that we are use too. We understand things happen and will order again.

Don’t order from this location. I did carry out and they said the order was ready but they gave it to someone else so I had to wait for them to remake my order and they didn’t wear gloves and just used to their hands to make my order. I get mistakes happen but they didn’t say anything. Not very sanitary because no one who was making the pizzas wore any type of gloves

Ordered large single topping and 8 boneless wings. Received phone call that driver was in accident with my order. No problem, glad no one was hurt. Would be sent by dasher at no additional charge. Hour after original order, dasher shows up with food. Pizza was fine but wings were unsauced and did not come with blue cheese sauce. Went to the store and complained. Manager said he would mark down charge by 50 %. Waited for wings to be redone. Charge came thru my account as full charge. I paid a delivery charge and tip so I wouldn't have to go to the store - then ended up doing just that to get the order right. Will not order from here again.

My order for me and my family was very simple- large cheese pizza and 8 piece buffalo wings. The pizza was not fresh and the 8 piece wings only had 7 in it.

Never had any problems here! Really great pizza! It's always hot and fresh too. Love their bacon cheese sticks and all of their pizza flavors! So good, and they always get our orders right!!!

Every time I order from this location the easiest part of the order is never done. One papadia didn’t come with sauce. I paid for two extra sauce and didn’t get those either. How hard is it to put sauce on a bag? So many other pizza places around this location to choose from as well.

This papa John’s was always our go to, but recently it’s really gone down hill. Their papa bites have been burnt the last several times we went and this last time we got sent with the wrong pizza and when we called and talked to the manager they said they’d replace it for free. We got there to pick up the correct pizza and they said we had to pay for it again.
Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia is awesome...I got the one with chicken onions and tomatoes but I substituted bacon ? for the tomatoes which come on it and that made it even better....the cool ranch dressing is good as well I suggest getting an extra one for dipping.....Papa Johns you have a winner with this one ????

Used to order from this location all the time, now they outsourced delivery to door dash and my food always arrives cold. Tonight’s order has taken over an hour and is still not here. Will not be using delivery again.

I keep going back cause it's close to my house but the quality of the food has declined so drastically you barely get what you paid for. We ordered the new papadias the last time and it was legit just 2 pieces of thin crust pizza smashed together. I'll try again I'm sure cause sometimes its alright but I wish they would get it together.

The staff was friendly. However they don't wear a mask as they say. They do not disinfect in between customers as they state. The toppings on the pizza were lacking at best. Good thing I'm from out of state because I wouldn't come back here.
