Shout out to Jamie. I had an issue with there not being enough pineapple on the pizza and called the store. He picked up, told him about the situation, and he right away told me he’d have another one ready for me in 15 minutes.Preciate you for the superb service Jamie! I’ll be back

To start off my pizza was cold and the store is if 10 mins away from me , then there was a lady and her son who delivered my pizza , I watched them pull up sit in the car for about 5 mins then bring it inside she had her son carrying the pizza he was carrying it kind of side ways so when I opened the box my pizza was slid in the box ,So I had to heat my pizza up , and after eating it I feel noxious like I'm about to throw up , I'm almost scared they did something to it I've never gotten sick off a popa John's pizza before. For 30.00 cause it tipped her 5.00 and pizza was 25.00 I'd expect better for that amount of money for a small pizza that was supposed to be a large but look like a small or medium. Ima go ahead and throw this out cause I don't know whats wrong with the pizza .

This place was awesome. We just went in for pizza, and waited outside for our order. I expected to walk inside and grab it, but they brought it out to us! So kind, and patient with my son changing his mind a few times at the counter! Love this place, we will be going back!
Disappointed once again. I order a large 2 topping pizza well done. I received a burnt pizza. It was so hard to chew. We threw it out. It is so sad this was a second attempt to make the pizza according to papa John standards. My district manager would be all over me. Edge lock, cheese lock, lack of toppings. Cooked Well Done is light brown not black. Lol!

messed up my order. i ordered pepperonis on my pizza and guess what, no pepperonis. this was the only joy of my day and it was crushed. delivery guy was nice tho

Waited for over an hour for my pizza just for them to cancel my order they didn’t call or email me to let me know either terrible place basically got scammed out of my $20 and I have no idea when I’m supposed to get my $20 back

Honestly if I could give a zero I would. Customer service starts with the general manager and trickles to team. I came into establishment at 12pm to get the large 1 topping pizza for 8.99 that I had got the night before from a very friendly manager at 10pm. When I went today the gm said that I needed to go online or order on phone. I came in 6 months pregnant and as a previous gm for this company this is honestly ridiculous. He could have done the same the night manager did the day before. How do you tell a customer his manager was wrong for honoring a special. No you have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I will never order from this location again!!!
