Stepping into PDQ’s drive-thru at 9 PM on 4/17, I anticipated a quick grab-and-go, not a crash course in how not to run a service. From the get-go, the experience was a masterclass in disappointment. My card was swiped not once but twice - a free lesson in patience, sans receipt, a nice touch. At the second window, the silence was golden—literally, the guy couldn’t muster the energy to utter a single word, opting instead to push my order through with a level of enthusiasm reserved for watching paint dry. And there, overseeing this festival of indifference, was the manager, whose laughter suggested she mistook this for peak comedy, rather than addressing the glaring mistake in my order, which, by the way, had the accuracy of a horoscope. If there’s a way to be less serious about customer service, I’m yet to see it. Do better, PDQ. Lol.

I had an incredible experience at PDQ Chicken thanks to Tonia! Her service was amazing - friendly, and efficient, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious and served promptly. What stood out the most about my visit to PDQ Chicken was Tonia's warm tone and patience when I ordered my food and upon receiving it. We chatted for a bit, and I can tell you, experiences like the one I had are what create long-term, repeat customers. Will definitely be returning thanks to Tonia's outstanding service! Highly recommended.

Kelly K. gives great customer service and has an infectious smile. She also makes the best strawberry lemonade this side of the mason dixon line. PDQ always offers great prices for a quick bite. You have to try the zucchini fries.

The food without standing fresh and hot customer service was great the lady took my food order with a smile very friendly The Establishment was very clean everything was in order I love the trivia questions they had on the
I pulled up at 9:30 the girl at the window takes my order & told me that they couldn’t mix my drinks (even though I’ve had it like that everytime) then when I tell her that she says “well there’s no way for me to put it in the system so I’ll have to walk over there to tell them that you want it mixed”. I proceed to the next window, pay, get my food and the only thing that is hot is the nuggets the fries were cold and stale tasting (if you’ve ever eaten fries that have been sitting then you know exactly what I’m talking about) and I had a piece of bread inside with my food, I never had bread come with my meal but was cool with it. I take the bread out of the aluminum lined pouch it was in and I kid you not it was so hard that you could crumple it up and make bread crumbs with it. I’ve never had an experience like this at any PDQ. Extremely disappointing.
