I ordered to-go, as there was a group I shared meals with. The server who'd taken our order was so polite, including the hostess, Mia. I ordered: 2 orders of nachos which were THE BOMB dot COM‼️ , a veggie burger with sweet potato fries, 15 wings, a chicken wrap, and seafood ravioli i think. I was satisfied and so were the people who ate. I'm happy we came here to order food. Very friendly, professional staff. When I ask my grandsons (10 and 8 yo) where they want to go for lunch or dinner, they always choose Pippa's. Lots of seating options, from bar to high tops to booths to covered patio to outside seating.

I didn't even get a chance to get pass the front door after the waitress went to look around to see if she could accommodate me; soon she returned and said the only place they had was outsdoors (giving me some kind a sideways look) because they don't have a place for one person to sit inside. I am an elderly handicap woman pushing a rollator who was simply looking for a nice family restaurant to have a burger and this is not it...?

Pippa's has typically been great. This order however was delayed 30 minutes and resulted in most of our order being cold when we finally got it. Seemed like all the food was ready except one item and ended up delaying the whole order. We'll be back but it may be a while.

My boyfriend placed a pick up order. The chicken tenders/ fries and the Southwestern Egg Rolls were cold. On the website the side salad is pictured as a mixed green salad the tops; we received iceberg lettuce with no toppings and drenched in salad dressing, when we asked for the dressing on the side. Very disappointed; I will not be returning.

We love this place but very frustrated that we were able to place an online order (via the Toast app) and it charged our card, only to drive there and find out they are closed. No way to request a refund on the Toast app. We will have to contact Pippa's tomorrow to get a refund, which is just another hassle and use of gas. Their Google hours were NOT accurate!
