Went to a music competition for the weekend. Completed the weekend looking forward to a nice steak dinner that was on the menu. Got to the restaurant and only got the lounge menu. Asked for steak that could have easily been prepared but no offer was made to make the steak that was offered on the regular menu. I got a hamburger. They did what was convenient for them not the customers. Spoke to the manager. The chef decided to reduce the menu to bar food. It was a major disappointment and they didn’t care.

I've been here a few times. The service is great by a young lady who looks like Arya from Game of Thrones.

Parking: 8. A day to park. They add that to the room bill. 11 story building with restaurants and stuff thru out. Adding parking is ridiculous and absurd. Online parking is free with room.??.

Good place to stop for a few beers and snack/dinner if your staying at the hotel and don't feel like driving.

I’m a 52 year old man who has eaten a ton of burgers in my life but trust me I just had a bacon cheeseburger from here and it was the absolute best I’ve ever tasted ! I had to pass on the $59 steak but the $17 burger was definitely on point !!!

Located in the Embassy Suites hotel. Menu online here in Google is not correct. Multiply the prices you see here by a factor of 4....

Waited 15 minutes got no service so I left so much for the convenience of having a restaurant in the hotel I'll just use Uber eats

Way too expensive for the microwaveable food that you get. $16 for an old fashioned cocktail, $20 for a spinach salad with microwaved chicken, $12 kid meal with microwaved chicken tenders... i understand the price increase, but atleast have quality food bc this was ridiculous.. the food wasn't terrible but it's the fact that they do it the absolute cheapest way possible.

Food quality was very good. Service quality was the opposite, as if the staff was annoyed by having to come out to the tables. Staff bungled the order, failed to deliver in a timely manner, totally missed dessert.

Terrible service and the food was priced way to high for what you get. Don't waste your time with place.

Sited in a very nice Embassy Suites Hotel, this place was a disapointment. Went in on Tuesday evening@ 820p. Host stand was unstaffed. Place was crowded but there were empty tables. No obvious wait staff around, so we headed in to sit down. Simitaneously, I decided to check with the bar about whether the host/hostess was just away from their station. Bartender said "you can't order any food for the next 50 minutes. That wasn't going to work. Saw others I knew at other tables, they advised they had been waiting an hour for their food, and a new arrival at their table was told his order would not be ,taken for another 45 minutes, and it had been over 30 since he had sat down. We left. Later in response to complaints the Hotel said they were surprised by the number of people who came to eat, though they had to know they had two conventions in the hotel. Was there for a conference with no car, so kind of a captive. So we tried again Thursday for lunch around 1p. Less than 10 people at tables. Many tables were pushed together. Many of those combined tables had seating for 10-14 people but only had 1 or two accupants. Most tables were full of dirty dishes, even those occupied large table had dirty dishes on the other end. We found a 4 top table which was marginally acceptable and sat down. We again saw no wait staff, after 8 minutes, a bartender came over and asked if we'd like menus. She brought them over and took a drink order. She came back with the drinks, placing them out of easy reach, and took our order. We ordered salads which came out quickly, but a previously unseen person had initially walked by us with our food and checked with everyone else in the restaurant before coming to our table and asking if it was ours, again setting it just out of easy reach. We had to ask for utensils. Food was good. Service was lousy.
