Ordered wafer ice cream as got my hands on it cracked it was making a mess so went to young lady and aked to get it replaced. This woman who claimed to be the manager came to the window was rude and aggressive cause i wanted ice cream cone replaced. She said her employee said the ice cream wasnt broken and he is correct but it was cracked it broke as soon i started eating it. So basically she called me a liar. People like het arent very smart they seem to know it all but it doesnt take alot brain power to put ice crean in a container and do it properly yet this night they couldn't do it. Whoever owns this place needs to look at this woman and her demeanor when she dealing with customers.

the worst employees ever. and by far the laziest too. smells like straight cigarettes coming from the building. employees are rude. I also heard they don't even get their tips so dont tip them! Will never be back. this place needs to close already. outdated. disgusting place

There was a gentleman working the window that seemed Extremely Agitated while servicing customers at the window. When it came to be my turn, I have with me , my child & a friend that’s never been to this establishment & her children.We received that agitated gentleman & he gave us the same bad customer service & made us feel rushed to order. There was no one behind us initially & he seemed more frustrated when other customers walked up.I’ve never had this experience & I don’t think my friend & her family will want to do back again sadly. Sucks I bragged about the location & will now have to drive further for better service next time. Customer service means A LOTKid-friendliness: There’s an old riding toy there that still works ?

These fools are terrible all around. Tried to have a send off for a friend at this place, because he liked it the few times he went but this time around we got served with a hard scoop of rudeness, topped with police lights because THEY CALLED THE COPS ON US FOR STANDING AND EATING IT THERE??

We went there tonight with lots of friends. We all got something and were there eating, not blocking anyone else from ordering. We were off to the side on a cold night when they weren't busy. The staff was rude but we decided to stay positive since we were saying bye to a friend and have a good time. The staff took pictures and video of us and then called the cops saying they asked us to move several times but they never did. It's sad, we would have moved to the parking lot beside them if we were bothering them that bad but honestly I don't see how we could have been.

I just had the most outrageous experience here! I normally like supporting small, local businesses, but unfortunately, I don't feel this place has what it takes to stay open for long if they treat people the way we were treated tonight. Places like this are all about creating a fun, community/atmosphere, but that was not our experience. There ice cream is also too sugary for my liking, but that's a personal preference.I hope they can turn things around and make this a fun, inviting place!!

Went here with a large friendly group and spent hundreds of dollars on ice cream but the staff was incredibly rude. We will never be returning. They kept using foul language and took the Lords name in vain several times all with children within ear shot.
Don't go with a group after dinner. The young female staff members were so rude and did not want our business. Instead of communicating that they just called the cops on us.
