Twice in a row someone picked up a smoothie that was ordered by me. I always use the app and order in advance. Sometimes I’m in a hurry. If you business can’t control this better I won’t be using it anymore.Service is great. They just need to figure out how to guard against dishonest people.

Tried this location for the first time today. The location is not very welcoming. Three guys behind the counter just talking amongst themselves, the floors were absolutely FILTHY. Looks like they have not been swept or mopped in weeks. Smoothie order came out correct however there were still a lot of chunks from unblended ingredients in the cups.Overall, I don't think we will return to this location. Cleanliness is huge especially in the food industry so dirty floors concerns me about the rest of the establishment.Such a shame ..

The kids working there have no idea what they are doing.
Go to the Smoothie King 15 minutes away in University instead.It’s a bunch of kids working in here that chat with each other instead of making the smoothies and don’t fill your cup up all the way, even though there’s still some in the blender that they could have used.Not to mention the store is very dirty, especially the bathroom.

Wow! I'm a little shocked. I can't get my app to work for this location. So I called. They told me to "refresh the app". Then told me they don't take phone orders.....really?! This is new!! Never had issues putting in a phone order before.The app still doesn't work for this location still.

I been here plenty of times and I always got the Mango Fest and it was good.Well, I got it again Saturday and it was terrible. I took sip of it and it left bad taste in my mouth and, it made me nauseous. Maybe something in drink was expired. But whatever it was, it was terrible ?

Although I love the smoothies at this business they have yet to do curbside delivery even though it's on the ticket as such. I have a baby in the car so its imperative that it is delivered. I will be taking this up with corporate for this location.
