When you place a mobile order, it'll tell you that you can either 1) pick up inside or 2) pick at at the DRIVE-THRU. Yet, this sorry excuse of a store will make you walk in and will get sarcastic. If drive thru wasn't an option, it shouldn't be listed as one. Additionally, you will get shorted on your smoothie bowl. This is the only location that sucks this bad. Before writing this review, I reached out to the company and submitted a complaint, requestingsomeone contacr me but they did not so here we are. It proves the management and owner is cut from the same cloth as the employees.

I've been to multiple locations with drive thrus. Including this one in the past. I was at this location today, the only customer inside or in the drive thru at the time and the employee refused to bring my already finished online order to the window and made me park and get out to get. Showed me a ridiculous sign that they had made saying online orders inside. I go to smoothie king multiple times a week and will avoid the one in this area going forward.

I order a smoothie at the drive thru (no one else in line). Waited 15 mins for a smoothie only to be told they couldn't grind the ice. They were prepared to give me something full of clumps vs trying to remake and do it right. Told them I didn't want it and left. Poor customer service.

Not coming here on Saturdays i always spend like 30 to 50 dollars here I've always came here because is close to my house but every time a short girl with braids is here she is very rude always has an attitude and my order is always not done right I it's my 5th time Coming here on a Saturday . I always think people might be having a bad day so I keep coming back but no more I been here on Sunday and there's a girl name Ivy and she is the sweeties always smiling always happy and my order is perfect you learn to appreciate good worker's as long as she is here I will not be coming here .

I had to pick up something from Food Lion and made a last minute decision to grab a smoothie afterwards after noticing that this location has a drive thru. When I got in line, there were a few cars ahead of me but I was not in a rush. When I pulled up to place my order, no one ever came across the speaker to take my order. I assumed that maybe it was broken and planned to order once I got to the window. When I arrived at the window, I placed my order and paid. The guy working the window asked if anyone took my order. He didn't seem surprised that nobody had. He had a little trouble placing the order but eventually figured it out. At some point another guy came and checked on me to double-check what I ordered. The whole thing seemed a little unorganized. But my smoothie was made as requested, which was most important. I'm hoping it was just a one-off day and maybe they were short-staffed. I would definitely give them at least one more try.

The manager there is very racist and the little girl wearing the glasses is also very disrespectful. She assumed I didn’t put an order in at the window instead of asking me, and when she got it wrong, she slammed the window closed. She also slam the window after I asked her for a refund. As disrespectful as they were, I would not be surprised if they spit in my drink the manager denied my refund I need to see if they don’t provide refund they tried threatening me by saying I’m going to call the cops as if that was supposed to scare me. Two hours late after the incident the same manager called my personal phone number to leave me a voice message. How unprofessional are you. I’m not even sure how this man got my number because my old telephone number was linked to the application, so he must’ve really went searching for my number because he felt like he needed to have the last word. How disgusting. I will never spend my money with another Smoothie King and I called corporate twice on this man. I would suggest smoothie king start hiring people who actually have customer service skills in or not racist

the worst smoothie king in the world! employees and manager both have no type of customer service treated a paying customer like crap! i've also bought this to this to someone higher's up attention and still nothing has been done. i cant believe as a company you all let things go under the bus as such bad service. highly don't recommend this location!

I got the Power Punch plus as a meal replacement because I have invisilign and the smoothie was DELICIOUS! Also there’s a very rare sweet soul working there named Gia and she’s the best. 10/10. You go girl!!
Says open online, went to get a smoothie Saturday morning, all the lights on and two ladies were there but the doors were locked and the sign said open…so I’m unsure ??♀️

The Peanut Butter smoothie is on point!!!! There were tons of options here. Good thing the guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and helped me with my choice. The staff were really friendly and the manager was awesome! I'll be going back to try a few more smoothies!

The equipment and blenders they have are broken and don't blend to a smoothie . More like a icee... staff is great but equipment is garbage. It took 30 minutes to blend my 32oz drink . If you don't have 30 minutes to wait find another location. I sure hope this helps for the next person or gets the owner to buy some new blenders
