I go to this location many times, today before an appt I went to get 20 oz pineapple surf add mango and as I left to get to my appt I started tasting my smoothie and it was horrible, hard chunks of ice and hard chunks of fruit.The smoothie was in the blender had to be less at 1 min. There was no long line and no reason to not provide me with the service I requested. I could not turn around because I would be late to my appt. But I did call and the lady that answered stated she was the manager offered me to come back and replace but I couldn’t and honestly would not be comfortable. I will not return to this location again

Smoothies are well-made and delectable. Medium Island impact with Hulk blend was the best smoothie I've ever tasted! Staff are friendly and always get my orders right.The manager, Rebecca is super sweet and makes you feel she truly cares. App discounts are a real money saver! All around outstanding operation

Dear management team. I wanted to let you know that from now on the, 3050 Derita Rd location of Smoothie King is the ONLY location I will be going to! Why? Well I have gone to other Smoothie King locations, and I have had good experiences, and awesome smoothies. However, this particular location has something that has convinced me to make this location my go to for smoothies, and that is an absolute gem of an employee that you have! The young lady who took my order, her name is Zee K. and she was very professional, super friendly, and provided exceptional customer service! I would not have written this review if it wasn't for Zee's amazing, warm personality. Zee deserves a raise, bonus and a promotion! -Thanks you!

The service here is terrible. Do not order online unless there is no one in drive thru or inside. In fact avoid this place all together unless you have a lot of time to wait around. They prioritize inside orders and drive thru before anything else. My husband ordered a smoothie online and sat inside for 20 mins waiting for his smoothie. Other people walked in while he was waiting and they made theirs before his.He asked the employees and manager every few mins and they kept telling him they were making it, but it took them 15 mins to make his after asking, while the whole the drive thru (10 cars) cleared out and a bunch of other online orders were made. If the online system says it is going to take 10 mins, then there shouldn't have been many if any online orders ahead of his.The manager and employees here don't know how to operate. Please don't give these businesses drive thrus if they don't know how to organize orders. Avoid this location at all costs.

For all locations, never returning. They use rotten bananas and a very small amount of fruit then fill the blender with clear liquid syrup. Don't know how this is healthy drinking with all the sugar-based liquids used and barely any fruit. The bananas used didn't even makeup 1/2 a banana. Don't know what type of spinach they use, but the small amount of green stuff they put in the blender did not make up one leaf. The whey powder overcompensates the taste of the natural fruit taste. I'll stick to my smoothies from home. Way healthier, natural tasting and less expensive!

Great service and I love all the options from sweet yo healthy. Purchased a 32 oz smoothie with protein before noon and it really filled me up. I was able to make it through until 5pm before I was hungry at work.

1st time at this location today and I’m a weekly regular in my hometown. I must say it was nice and clean the staff was friendly upon walking it. I love how they put the ticket with your name on the cup. The smoothie taste great as well!!!
This smoothie king has the best smoothies and Is the best SK I’ve ever been too, and a drive thru which makes it way simpler since I have small children. This is probably my 10th time there and their smoothies aways taste the BEST! If you want a smoothie perfectly made, you need to go here! Also, I got a smoothie and my boyfriend called after and wanted one too. So I go back through the line, instead of sounding annoyed the girl at the window says “Hello again” and made me feel better about JUST having ordered. Amazing customer service and exceptional smoothies. Deff my go to place for smoothies when I’m in the concord mills area and need to grab a smoothie really quick❤️

Very disappointed with the treatment I received today from Rebecca. I frequent this Smoothie King location and I always purchase the same smoothie. Today there was a new girl working and she did not input my order correctly. I was charged more than I usually pay but I did not make that an issue. Jumping to the point after my smoothie was made Rebecca says to me they can not give me free fruit I have to pay for everything in my smoothie which is what I thought I did. As always I asked for sweet strawberries and pineapples in place of the almonds and dates that come in the smoothie. Since the girl rang my order in wrong the receipt did not say sweet strawberries which I wouldn’t have been charged for anyway since it was a substitution. Rebecca acted like she was not familiar with my order that she takes and makes daily! I order the same thing, the same way everyday! I was extremely insulted by her comments and how she treated me especially since I go there every morning and order the same thing with her! It’s unfortunate because they lost a loyal, paying customer… I will not be going back to this particular location again and neither will my family!
