Ordered through Uber eats to pick up. Food wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after it said it was ready. They waited until the end to tell me they didn’t have an item. Kept helping other people as they walked in instead of handing me the food. Took 10 minutes to try and refund me only to lie and never send it through. The guys kept saying the N word which was absolutely ridiculous and they all should lose their jobs. Don’t let children run your store. Absolute trash place.

Place is a little hole in the wall. The food is good. I've been here a handful of times and I always run the steak hibachi. I would get pick up as it always seems to be 100 degrees in the restaurant.

Now imma say this I've had this happen multiple multiple times and I'm about sick of it I called to place a order over the phone immediately put on hold and left on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up and tried to call back they left the phone off the hook so they couldnt recive call in orders so since I was almost to the store already I decided to stop in and the employees are just messing around talking knowing dang good and well they had someone on hold and its not like they are busy there was only one person inside I'm about to the point of not returning to this sogos somebody needs to hire new employees and actually learn how to run a freaking business

I ordered two chicken & steak plates. I'm highly disappointed. The meats are dry and the carrots are not sweet. This was my first time ordering from this location. It may be my last time.

Food is pretty good. Not as good as the sit down restaurant, but good enough for an express restaurant. Service was mediocre, but good enough for takeout.
Service used to be good. Last time we went they have a bunch of kids running the place lots of cussing behind the counter. We won't be back.

The food keeps giving me diarrhea, I know it's not just me but my friends too, I've gone there for over 2 years now and 5 months ago or somewhere around that the recipe tasted different. I always get the habachi chicken with rice and ither they did something to the taste or something but they need to get it changed. Don't get the habchi chicken until they fix that recipe unless you want diarrhea.

Had a mixup where I accidentally ordered the wrong thing over Chow Now. Called up the store and the fixed it for me without issue! They're totally nice here and the food's fantastic. An absolute recommendation!
