Called 3x today around noon. The guy answering the phone kept hanging up. The first two times he would count down prior to hanging up. There was not an issue with my phone bc when I called Kannapolis they could hear me perfectly. This is insane!! The last time I called he did not hang up he stayed on the line but did not saying anything. Additionally the website you are referring reviewers to has nothing to do with complaints.

They got my order wrong on 2 different occasions of coming here never coming here again there’s a female that works there that doesn’t know how to take orders correctly! Food was between warm and cold ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SONIC it needs new employees!! Or re training !!

I sat in the bay and placed my order. A young girl employee took my order. She came back to me within a few minutes and ask me to place the order again. I sat there for 12 minutes with no interaction. I finally pressed the order button again and asked if my order was ready. The young man employee ask what my order was so I told him. He came back to me and said “ we don’t have your order” . VERY disappointing when you have 5 to 7 workers running around and NO ONE can make your order.

Ehhh. Large mobil order. Burgers were hot, fries were not. The kids chicken tenders were burnt and old... like an hour old.Drinks were great as always and the staff was super helpful and friendly.They got 99% of the order right and that was actually really good.Wasted 60 bucks. Went next door to cookout and it was perfect as fast food can get.

I visited this location on Saturday. My sandwich was not as good as usual. The lettuce was wilted as if it was cooked. The bun was flat and wet. It appeared that the burger was pre-made and microwaved before serving it to me.
