I made a pre-order coffee and upon arrival it was missing the milk (which was in the order). I mention it to the curly hair lady who normally work the register. She asked what milk and I said almond milk pause and in addition said regular milk is fine. I normally say almond because it’s a default response as I normally order almond milk . She walked over with my coffee and proceeded to say next time that’s extra. Excuse me, how rude when the milk was missing already. At least she could have said- sorry for the missing ingredient, let me take care of that. Which milk would you like? But she had the nerve to tell me next time it’s extra in a condescending tone. Accidents happen. I work in the same mall. If we make a mistake, I fix it and never make a customer feel ashamed to follow up about the error. She’s always rude and non friendly but this time was unnecessary.

I went in Starbucks to get some hot water for my 4 month old real quick and asked politely if the lady could just pour hot water in a cup. I stood there for a good min and she still didn’t say anything or look up at me. She rudely said you have to go to the back of line. I explained that he was crying and if she could just do it I’m not paying for it why could she not just give me a little bit. She finally turned around and made it which took her literally a couple of seconds. She put the cup down on the counter not even in my hands and said for future reference go in the line. That’s when I told her she was so rude she said okay,I went next door to the rack room and they saw how upset I was. They told me that was the manager of that Starbucks and there has had been multiple complaints against this older woman. My suggestion is she needs to find another job that doesn’t involve customers. Starbucks is supposed to be a relaxing and fun place to have coffee whether it is a mall or not. Future reference Don’t work if you’re not happy.

There were three people in front of me and i spent 15 minutes waiting behind them and ended up missing my break and got no food. Also the employees let someone cut in front of the line and took their order. Staff has no basic respect for people’s time and is flat out ridiculous. They asked for tips after blatantly ignoring and letting people cut in front of customers. Worst starbucks I’ve been to.

The cashier Nina should be taken to the back and be explained what customer service is, greeting, smiling, basically being a decent human being.People come there to purchase coffee while enjoying the mall. But you go there and wait for Nina to acknowledge she has a customer and when she finally decides to take your order she just stares at you. You have to assume she’s ready since she doesn’t say hello back or anything like that.The guys in the back on the other hand are friendly, very quick and made everything to order in a timely manner.

I went in to get my son a hot chocolate and myself a blended water. I like eating ice and it’s soft when it’s blended. As I waited for my water a young man, who I’m guessing was suppose to be cleaning since he was holding a broom, stopped and started making a big deal of me asking for a blended water and kept asking what was the point of it in a condescending tone. Then he decided to go have the same conversation with another worker and started saying how it’s just pointless. If I’m paying for my drink, I don’t understand why it should matter what I get and how I order it. It’s also rude and unprofessional to stand in-front of customers and talk about them to other workers who are actually trying to work.

There’s an older woman who works here that always has the nastiest attitude. The opposite of what you’d think for Starbucks. She’s not open to answer questions, rushes you, and will even ignore you. I work in the mall so I’m here often and each time her attitude has been the exact same.
