Purchased food from this location around 10pm tonight. Customer service was poor due to lack of remembering what I had ordered which was one meal. I don't mind waiting for good and fresh food because that is a part of the experience of which I am paying. However, the french fries, as if they were sitting under the heated lamp for hours, were not edible at all. The burger was cold in the middle. It was a lack of caring about whether or not I, the customer, would even enjoy what I ordered. It was not a good experience at all and I won't return. I just feel it's very sad that it doesn't matter what your producing as long as the money is given to pay for the food.

It's not what it use to be it's not like the 50s any more they got rid of the waitress and that takes away from the original theme. Less items to choose from. They charge extra for stuff and they got rid of the cashiers replaced with electric menus and you have to scan a card to get a drink

Nice stop for a quick meal. Better than McDonalds for sure. The thin shoe string fries were delicious and our burgers were piping hot. Grabbed a strawberry shake and it was perfect. Staff was quick and efficient.

The burgers were hot and served in a timely manner but the quality of the food was lacking. The fries are not the same a little bigger and not many of them. The hamburger meat was paper thin and small so basically you had a lettuce and tomato sandwich. The shakes appeared to be the same but smaller. I won’t go back. Inflation has ruined one of my favorite burger places. I won’t go back.

Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! Absolutely no sense of proper hygiene! Employee is sweeping and doesn’t wash his hands before he handles our food. Absolutely disgusted with this place. To make it worse, the food has gone downhill (I haven’t been here in 5 years). No real flavor to the food, meat is on the rubbery side and the fries are made out of God knows what. I can sense they are trying to reach a certain audience (young kids looking for a cheap meal). It was my first time in a long time and yeesh, it is my absolute last.
