Going into the store, the experience is great. When you order for delivery that’s when there’s issues. Every time I do an Uber eats order they forget something, they don’t add mayonnaise, or it’s something else.

I've been here multiple times because it's the closest subway to my house. The food always tastes good and the place is usually pretty clean. I will say that sometimes- not all the time, when I come in here, even if it's well before they close, it's almost like I'm putting them out or the staff there is just not happy to be there in general. Now, like I said, that's not every time, but it's been like that a number of times for sure. The food is always good, and tastes fresh to me! I've only ordered online a couple of times and both times my order was correct and I had no problems. I do recommend this place in general as I love subway. The only thing I would say that could be a bit better would be the customer service. A nice, friendly and welcoming environment when you walk in would make a big difference to customers coming in and be a lot less awkward and uncomfortable.

The young lady that helped me today was amazing! 9/11/23 about 3pm or 4. Good job! Union st, Concord. Very polite and personable. Friendly too. I couldn't tip cash because I didn't have any. I usually would. Hope she gets it.

What's the deal with the sign, no coupons, we don't accept orders from the App, does Subway Corporate know this?? Well they will soon.
If I could have given zero stars I would have. The 2 young boys working did not have one care in the world they were sitting down when my family and I walked in and we had a coupon for a buy one get one free sub and immediately they said we don't accept coupons here, which we got in the mail and are new to the area so we left amd took our business elsewhere and will not be returning to this location due to the rude workers there. I do not recommend anyone visit this location.

I wish I could give 0 stars. They say open until 9:30 online and on the door. They were closed at 9:15. I called and the guy answered and said they closed early because they are short staffed but I saw 2 staff members inside cleaning. Terrible way to run business.
