Since when is 6 foot longs considered catering? If six different people walk in you would make their subs for them. Just say you don’t want to do your job. This location is terrible do not eat here. They don’t even accept cash.

Had coupons from neighborhood flyer and after everything was made they said this location doesn't except coupons. Also, oven was not working. PUT UP A SIGN THAT SAYS YOU DON'T ACCEPT COUPONS BEFORE YOU MAKE SANDWICHES!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT AND THE OWNER WOULD HAVE TO TOSS PERFECTLY GOOD FOOD INSTEAD OF BUILDING THE BUSINESS BY ACCEPTING COUPONS. IDIOT! Is anyone even in charge?! When they can step away from the back door on break they are rude. Men’s restroom is one of the nastiest I’ve seen? And how about mopping the soda spills one in a while by the drink machine.

I ordered a footlong sub today 1/29/24 and only received a 6”. Was told they would refund then another person called me back and said that he made my sub and it was a footlong. I am not one to lie nor complain but they refused to give me my money back. I paid almost $14 for a 6”! I am not happy and I will NEVER go back to this store! I am attaching 3 photos to show proof! He even said that how do they know I didn’t eat half of it! Like why would I do something like that. And he also said I was the second one to call today about the same thing. Get your act together and quit messing up orders!

I have been to this store many times, none of which were good. The employees are rude, the service terrible and this visit tonight has made me decide to never go back again. At 8:10 pm when I arrived, all the lights were on but the door was locked. The hours on the door says they are open till 9 pm. If they can not do better they should close this joke of a restaurant down forever.

This is the worst Subway location that I have ever been to. I ordered online because of a deal they were promoting on a free foot long and I was charged but they never got my order apparently. When calling them to confirm if they received it or not, I was told there is nothing they can do and that I couldn’t speak with a manager because she was never there. They told me there was NOT a corporate number or anyone that I could contact and that I just lost my money (pretty much). I will never visit this location ever again! Please beware they just take your money!
