Nice staff. Chicken was fresh and smelled good so the grease was of good quality. No nacho fries! Small portion sizes for the price. Drive thru speed was excellent.

Girl handing out food is rude. I asked where my tacos were and she said, that’s a separate order from KFC then scoffed and walked away. After she brought the tacos to the counter she didn’t let us know they were there in a KFC bag.

Super frustrating experience. We eat Taco Bell A LOT and I didn’t notice until too late after a big order that all of their prices on the value menu are more expensive than every other Taco Bell. To add insult to injury, my kids could have gotten a $5 box for less. Lastly, everything was super dry. I’ll never eat here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Why is this location not closed after so many bad reviews. First, half my order came out wrong, the nacho chips smelled and tasted weird, not stale but cooked in bad oil or old? I was told they were made this morning. Sent back the Mexican pizza and 3 hard tacos because they smelled and tasted the same. So far no issues with the chicken soft tacos, hoping the kids won’t get sick. I did get my money back for the chips, tacos and Mexican pizza but the employee did not seem to care or even apologize, she didn’t seem to care to do anything to fix the issue. The employees just don’t care about their job. Also the sauce pockets must have been old they were all stuck together with dried sauce. I really wish I would have seen the sanitation score. This store must close down! I’m not stopping with only this review….Vegetarian options: You order vegetarian and you still get the wrong order, and the beans are awful!!! So dry

I’ve been here 4 times since moving to Charlotte/Concord in May. EVERY time there has been something wrong. Most notably, one of my orders had cinnamon twists. When I ate one I almost puked. Not only were they stale, but they tasted like severely burnt grease. As if it hadn’t been changed in several months. Another time I got a beefy 5 layer burrito and was given a bean burrito. Then last week I ordered a rolled chicken taco box. The cinnamon twists were stale as usual. But I couldn’t even eat the rolled chicken tacos. I tried to take a bite and almost broke a tooth. They were both very burnt and hard as a rock. I was extremely disappointed as I hadn’t tried the rolled chicken tacos yet and was looking forward to it, but I just had to throw them away.I will say that I have had issues with almost all of the fast food restaurants in the concord mills area. They don’t even come close to comparing to the ones where I used to live. And those were by no means the best. I guess that just means it’s the people, not necessarily the establishments themselves. Very disappointed.

That's strike 3 Taco Bell. I will never be back to ANY of your locations. Clover store: No cashier, only kiosk. Kiosk on front counter. No option. Done with that store. Next store. 2 employees standing around, with phone in hand, telling me I can only order on the kiosk. Then wait for 10 minutes while their co-"workers" (haha) take there time making customers food. 3rd store: Concord store on Gateway. I WAS IN DRIVE THROUGH FOR 10 MINUTES and when I got up to the order board I was told they were closed for the night. At 10:00. The store door says 11 and Google says 11. I'm done. You hire nothing but slack employees that are badly managed by slack managers. Good bye. I'm done. I will be contacting the franchise owner and PepsiCo. If I find out a product is owned by PepsiCo, I'm not buying it. I'm done.

I ordered and paid for 12 cinnamon bites. I looked in my bag before I pulled off, I only had 6 in the bag. I asked for the other 6 and they only added 5 more. Not 6. I PAID for 12. It's the principal! I shook my head and drove off instead of cussing them out over the one. Poor customer service. Always Check your bag.

Couldn't even get food here because all the employees were messing around in the back closet, I was standing at the register for 10 minutes and they would just walk by and ignore me. Ended up just walking out and got food at Sonic. It's funny they want $17.50 and hour but they won't even work.
