Came in with our family tonight and the place was literally empty maybe one other table around 6:15/6:30 we ordered drinks and our kids food right away. We never got to eat dinner because the server never took our order until our kids were completely finished and a good half hour after they finished she finally came back. We almost just walked out which I have never done being in the restaurant business. We tipped cause we would never not but it was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. It’s sad because Fridays was nostalgic as you don’t see them around like we use to and now I understand why. The server was oddly nice at the end probably because we tipped so well but where was she and what happened tonight? The manager was borderline rude bringing out the food. And there was nobody at the host stand it was almost spooky how empty it was. I don’t understand why anything took long or why we had such poor service there was nobody else there. It was the most bizarre experience ever. I get Fridays is a chain but back in the day they had standards. So sad. I feel like we would of been better off just throwing money out a window. Zero stars if that was an option. I’ve never left a restaurant without ordering after being there for almost two hours. Not to mention we didn’t even get the right drinks but we paid for them because she never asked and we didn’t know what to do we just wanted to leave so bad. Absolutely the worst experience ever I truly thought someone was going to tell us we were in candid camera.

Amazing staff! The lady that was our waitress and the male manager were the dream team. Super nice and fun! That's completely rare anymore. The bar drinks were great!

The minute we walked in they told us the kitchen needed room to breathe because 3 parties "just" entered. They also said that it would take at least 25 minutes to seat us although there was no one there except those 3 tables.

I spent 38.50 with your restaurant and barely ate any of my food. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and I added lettuce. The lettuce on the sandwich was extremely old! This was a complete waste of money! It’s like the cooks didn’t have no care in the world to send that out to a table when it was visible OLD LETTUCE!! The mac and cheese was like SOUP with noodles I also did not eat it! I will never come back to this location! Please have someone contact I would like a FULL REFUND! Table was 53.1 server was Madison and ticket number was 1756

I have never been sat at a restaurant and then walked out due to cleanliness until today. I noticed the floors and many tables extremely dirty and not bussed which was odd considering the restaurant had just opened for lunch. We were sat, then I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the condition of the restroom was beyond deplorable. We left at this point for fear that the lack of cleanliness also extended to the kitchen and food prep areas. I’ve never been to a restaurant that was so visibly filthy.

There wasn't that many people in there and there were plenty of people working. The food was absolutely great, but the service sucked. It took them 25 minutes before they would even seat us, again. There were barely anybody in there. And then took them at least another 15 minutes before we could order our drinks. Other than that it was great. Just need to work on staffing people who actually want to work.
