I brought my sister and her family in from DC to visit, she has teens and they absolutely fell in love with this idea. We went the night of free play with door admission and we played for a couple hours. The games are well maintained, everything is clean and functioning, the staff acted as a family, who were just having some friends over. This is a nostalgic blast, and I will suggest it to anyone!

Troy is awesome, his collection of machines always rotates and he keeps all of them in tip-top shape. I appreciate this being a pinball collector myself and I understand how much effort it takes to keep a lot of machines running. I have not been there in a while but I am a huge fan and these guys do a great job!

It’s a tremendous value to play some of the finest pinball games anywhere. Even the older machines are restored to be perfect. It’s kind of amazing that 30-year-old pinball machines look and play like brand new.

Fun place with a lot of pinball machines and some arcade games. I wasn't into video games much growing up but the arcade games were nostalgic. I don't know who had more fun, me or my 11 yr old son. He really likes pinball machines and it was hard to make ourselves leave. The price is reasonable and is a great spot to hang out with friends and as a family.Kid-friendliness: There were quite a few families when we visited. Everyone was polite, no one hogged any games, and there was a good mixture of boys and girls playing.

Went here after a date and had a blast! Great arcade games which brought back a lot of fun memories from when I was younger. The place was clean and the employee we spoke with was very nice. We'll definitely be back soon.

Great place. This barcade is a little far for me but worth traveling to. The space isn't huge but there are tons of games. I'm a pinball person and that's the main attraction. Staff was very friendly and the games are in great shape.

We decided to drive up here on a Saturday since i have been wanting to check this place out for a while. Usually go to Abari, but wanted to try someplace different. The drive was only 15 minutes longer for me and WELL worth it. The games here are PRISTINE and play really well. They tend to have more Limited and Premium editions over Abari which usually has the Pro models. I love the $10 at the door pay model so you can bring friends who aren't experts at pinball or arcade games and the pressure isn't as high. Paying $.50 cents to $1 per game makes most people shy away from pinball. Freeplay has been able to get 3 of my friends into pinball so we didn't have to spend hundreds of dollars just learning the basics. The drink selection here is great, prices are reasonable and the staff is awesome. I am bringing other friends here ASAP and we will be back for sure!Parking: Union street is partially closed, so street parking is limited around August of 2023. There are several city parking lots close by to use. We used the Bicentennial parking lot and it was only a 3 minute walk to the Basement Arcade. Free on weekends, check the concord website for further details and other parking lot options.

THIS.PLACE.IS.AWESOME. My wife and I went for the first time the other night. It was a Friday night just before 8pm. The bar tender/host was quick to greet us and give us the rundown on how the place worked. Fairly simple... $10 cover gave you access to the whole arcade, all on free play. This place did not disappoint with the selection. If you enjoy Pinball, they've got you covered with a out 20 different machines...from Game of Thrones to Jurassic Park to Star Trek to Indian Jones and all in-between. They had some fighting cabinets, some old school pacman, Galaga, fogger, etc. , some racing cabinets and some shooters. Very cool place, decent prices on adult beverages and nice selection as well, VERY reasonable cost for A FUN NIGHT OUT. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly until 8pm I believe. Some families were in there when we arrived and the kids looked to be having an awesome time.

Massive amount of old school arcade games with drink holders. They also have a full service bar and clean restroom.
