I was visiting in college park georgia and I decided to go over to the waffle house to get me a cup of coffee. Thank you, young man for the hospitality you showed to me. As i entered in to your establishment. The one thing I always look for is the great customer service. the smile the greeting that I receive when I. Enter into a place. And even though it was very one small item that I ordered. I was treated with kindness and for that. I'm so grateful. And I received a great smile from the young man who served me. I definitely recommend this waffle house Weather you are local or weather you are just driving on through. Thanks again for the kindness that you showed me. After a long hard day, these little things make huge difference in the lives of people..

KINDNESS is what you should ask of employees when they fill out an application for a job, especially when it comes to customer service.The waitress's service was OK, but the one who took the biggest prize for the unfriendly face was the person who cooked. And I understand that that job is not easy, but if you don't like what you do, then get out of there and start your own business. I go to restaurants because I have the money to pay for good service and the last thing I want is for my daughters and I to have to see the bitter faces of the place's employees.

Got our food in shifts, 10 minutes after you have totally eaten all of your eggs your toast might come. No customers hardly. 4 workers. Service sucks , food comes out in plates 10 to 20 minutes

The staff at this location made for a great experience! They joked with each other as they took special care of the customers, making sure to greet them as we entered and friendly thru the whole process. The staff created the relaxed, positive atmosphere I experienced.This is how customer service should be.This was a very professional, polite and value oriented Team that deserves kudos ??Great job, Thank you.
I want to stick my finger down my throat and vomit up everything I ate already after finding a baby roach in my waffle. I have eaten here before plenty of times, but after this experience it's a no for me. I will not be returning.
