Doesn't surprise me, businesses these days DO NOT truly appreciate their customers/potential customers and Waffle House is at the top of that notion. Walked in to the one on Weddington in Concord, NC, this morning 03/26 around 7:15a, not being greeted by anyone upon coming in (no big deal really), the kicker was not being acknowledged for about 5 mins from any worker, no "be right with you", nothing. So, quite naturally I just walked out and left, spend my $ elsewhere.

Chris, the cook did everything I had asked of my food. The bacon was all the way done and crispy like I wanted it to be. There were no clunks in the grits, it was all hot and ready. I left my plate empty. Best cooked meal, EVER, at Waffle House. THANK YOU Chris, the cook, the food was awwwwwwwwwwwesome!!!!!

I don't typically dine in at Waffle House as I have found most are extremely cold inside and not the cleanest dining establishments, but this location was quite the opposite. Very clean and inside temperature was tolerable. I appreciate being asked if we wanted either regular or plastic to-go silverware. The only negative was that the coffee was hideous! Bitter & obviously not freshly brewed. I should've asked for a refund or something different, but I didn't, so that's on me. Also, our waiter was a bit detached. We had to call him several times to get water & the check. Otherwise...it was great!Parking: Was able to get a handicapped parking spot very easily.

It's a waffle house,but a good waffle house! Food was outstanding! Texas melt was made right, hashbrowns were GREAT W.H. hashbrowns. Bacon was a little limp,asked for it crisp! Over all, quick,clean and friendly local W.H.
Cook had to be told 3 times to get up from a booth and make my order. It was thrown together. Alot of extra grease. Deb is sweet though. Employees in the back are cussing and being loud about previous customers etc. Feels super disorganized. Pic was before I touched my food.

Wish I could have gave a 0 worker came in from outside with his apron still on did not wash his hands and started touching stuff in the store and people food without washing his hands. That’s nasty when I went in and asked for a manager the manager would not be in until tomorrow morning really. NASTY staff! Don’t come here refund…
