Placed a mobile drive thru pick up order and was rudely told I had to come inside to pick it up because it was ready sitting at the front… I had a toddler and a newborn in the car with me as the reason mobile drive thru is convenient. Long behold the order was not sitting there ready.. very rude and doesn’t make any sense

Got there on March 17, 2024 at 10 pm. Nobody was answering at drive thru the line of 10 cars… inside was closed too, but it was clearly employees inside. If the business not operating atlest put a sign that the place is closed down…

Burgers have been constantly under cooked every time I have gone, I go back thinking they would notice and correct this but to no avail. This time I get my burger, get home, which is less than 3 minutes away, take the burger out of the bag and first thing I notice, the burger is cold, secondly, I take about three bites and notice something is off, and that’s when I see it is undercooked. Staff is nice most of the time but burgers are just undercooked

Placed a lunch pickup order via app for 10:45am in preparation for dance convention lunch at 11am. Doors were locked, drive thru was not responding, and phone was not being answered. Watched 3 different employees sauntering into the building around 11am and building is still locked to customers.If i hadn’t paid online via the app, I would have left to go to another place11:15 doors are still locked; forced to go through the drive thru to try and get my pick up order. Then watched drive thru employee mistakenly hand my food to the car in front of me and the person handing it back because they knew it wasn’t the food they ordered.

They have booths and Restroom with Automatic everything including sinks and soap and paper towels and urinal and toilet. The urinal and toilets have zurn sensor flushometers. The Urinal has a Red Cherry urinal flat vinyl screen with many holes dots smells clean. Safe restroom and clean with partitions.Features: Please open your dinning room again

I needed something quick so i stopped by this wendy’s today to get a salad. Firstly i asked for spicy chicken on my salad i checked my salad it was home style chicken instead of what i asked for. I went inside and told them i asked for spicy and the picture show is exactly what they gave me this literally looks disgusting and definitely not appetizing at all.

Somehow I went to Wendy and all the sudden the door was locked and then I try to go to the other door and it was locked, like what the hell is going on plus it’s still open and I see one guy inside, it was raining outside and how can they locked the door when it’s day time that’s crazy, what kind of moron would lock the doors when it’s not even night time, it’s day time and raining too. So I don’t think I can eat there.

I get home and this is the chilli. Why not just tell me you are out? This is ridiculous for $3! Why do they even ask what sauce do you want because it rarely makes it to the bag and this time it didn’t.
