The manager can’t speak English, and she didn’t do good customer service. I ordered my salad and the young boy who speaks a little English don’t not have my egg roll that goes with the salad. When I asked for the egg roll he said they don’t have anymore? they offered me toast. I don’t eat bread. I asked for a chicken strip and the manager said no. So I gave them the food back .Do not go to this Zazbys.

First time! Always searching for the best chicken sandwich. Juicy, fresh, real chicken, not pressed and formed patty, sauce was interesting. I'm used to just mayo. Charged for extra pickles...hmm. Very friendly and efficient greeter at drive thru. Cashier....rather subdued. Checking menu, probably try the fried shrimp soon.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a 4 piece finger plate on door dash. Supposed to come with slaw, fries, and toast. I added on a ranch in addition to the Zax sauce. I received 4 tiny tenders, 7 fries (literally), two pieces of toast (no coleslaw), and honey mustard instead of ranch.

Waited in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes. Finally, I got to the order point. I was then asked to wait before I could order. After almost 10 minutes, I asked if they were planning on letting me order. Again, I was asked to wait. Finally, I ordered paid, and was asked to pull up and wait. I was at Zaxbys for almost an hour in total. I wish that I had just left. I had just worked a 12 shift, I just wanted to grab something to take home. I didn't eat them, really annoyed.Anyway, time and money wasted.

The location is excellent and convenient. The food was well cooked and tasted great. Unfortunately the restaurant was extremely dirty and had an awful odor near the cash register. Every rug in the restaurant was filthy as pictured and the drinks machine had very old stains from not being cleaned regularly. With a solid cleaning process in place we could potentially turn this into a 5 star review. We plan to return soon. Followus@johncauble on Facebook ✌️?

Loaded fries yes please, I got annoyed that she asked me with a weird expression if was sure I wanted a meal with fries and loaded fries, even though my friend already ordered one.
Never got to order. Had people just sitting at the drive thru. Went inside same thing. Had 1 cook in the back and he was upset and trying to go on break. Never coming here again.
