Not too sure about a drive thru only. Me and my husband walked up to side window because we have never seen a drive thru only Dunkin. The window showcased cups and had literature on the small window so we thought maybe we could order from the walk up window. There wS a lady there she just acknowledged us . She didn't tell us anything like , Hey this window is closed , drive thru only? We left because we like to SEE our donuts before we order them. So we just went to our regular Dunkin.
Dunkin has never let me down. The coffee is always great, and I love the blueberry cake donut. It's simply the best.

They was good donuts just the associates don't know the difference between cake and yeast when I asked for 6 with sprinkles and 6 chocolate without sprinkles why did I end up with 6 chocolate cake

My drink is wrong 90% of the time. Usually missing a costly ad on such as cold foam, but it has even been missing espresso from a latte. I always use the app to order and they refused to refund my order of multiple items when their espresso machine was down. Online customer service tried to give me 200 points to make up for the issue, which is not even remotely close to the equivalent of what my total was.

Lady who took my order was really sweet ordered a large iced latte and mango pineapple refresher. My latte was so full of ice that I could barely even get the straw down into the drink. I poured the latte into my personal cup and it barely even filled the cup which is a 15oz cup. The large is supposed to be a 32oz so I should have had enough to fill my personal cup up almost a whole other time.

Every time I go to this Conover location my Carmel Frozen Coffee is never right!!!! Always different, so someone needs to be training these employees the correct way of fixing stuff, Always, Always , different!! Git one today, it's not sweat, no Carmel drizzle like I asked for. They're so rude and seems to be alot of goofing off!
