Stopped at Wendy's for a quick lunch after taking my son to Urgent Care. It was very busy at this location. We had planned to dine in and ordered at the kiosk. My son doesn't like crowds so he wanted to eat in the car so I had to tell the guy at the register. While he was bagging our order, the manager came over to him and said that's for dine in and told her that I told him it was to go instead. She came back with a smart remark, well its marked for dine in. Not very professional, shame. Like the food. Got the biggie bag. Plenty of food for us.

Yesterday my family went to dinner at this place and they realized that the person in charge of the fries was coughing and sneezing on them. When they asked to speak to the manager it turned out that it was the same person and the answer she gave was that at this time everyone world had flu. I mean, according to her, that's why all customers should eat their saliba sprinkled on the chips.

My order 9 out of 10 times is incorrect, cold or missing something. Today a homeless person camping out near the front door was thrown into the mix. The convenience of fast food isn't very convenient or enjoyable lately.
Second time my order was wrong, paid $26. I called the manager & he said I could come back to exchange. Unfortunately, traffic is bad and Im not driving back AGAIN. Make sure to check your order!
