the person(the owner apparently )serving us was really rude to a lady in front of me who seemed unsure about the menu ( I can’t believe he told her husband to never bring her again). When it was my turn to order, I just asked for a plate and water. Even though I tipped 20%, the server rudely told me I needed to bring my own cup for water or buy one. Reading the reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who's had this horrible customer experience.
I've been here a couple times and each time I have had a rude encounter with the staff.I decided to give it another shot and once again a failure. I received my food soggy and missing parts of my order I proceeded to call the restaurant to ask for a refund or to fix the issue if I brought it back and the owner proceeded to cuss me out over the phone in front of customers. I do not recommend this restraint to anyone

My husband and I have really enjoyed the food, even though it is overpriced. I have always been curious how they are successful when the customer service is as bad as it is. Tonight , an 85 year old women came in to order and she and the owners son had a disagreement about a condiment price. He was so rude and disrespectful to her. He asked her to leave and not come back. If that wasn't bad enough, he turn to the remaining customers and complained about her and loudly! He also called her a b..ch. The display of unprofessionalism and lack of human kindness is sickening. We will not be returning.

They have the best burgers and onion rings, but the workers/owners come off as rude (cultural thing?), yell at each other in Greek, and have arguments on the phone in front of customers. I recommend ordering ahead for pickup or taking it to go.

Big Bite'z Grill is definitely one of my favorite places to go. Great burgers and fries and great salads. They have a lot more than burgers and fries. Take the whole family! It is a family run business and they are all very friendly. Every time I have been the food has been excellent in my opinion. You can eat in the resturant or you can take out. In fact I may have to go there today! One of my favorites!!
The dishes are tasty, the decor is modern with touches of whimsical Greek, and they play Greek music! And all served by a friendly, gracious staff. When I pass through North Carolina again I will stop again. From a traveler from New
