This place is horrible!!! Its bojangles where you guys have gravy biscuits! Why should anyone have to wait over 10 minutes so yall make gravy????, all the bad reviews and nothing changes!!!!

WORST BOJANGLES IN THE WORLD. Roaches and food on the floor ! No bone in chicken and most definitely no good customer service. I WOULD NEVER BACK. 0/10. Food is never fresh when I come and the wait time is awful.

This was an okay Bojangles.. customer service was a bit poor.. I know I watch this couple wait 25 maybe even 30 minutes for 3 steak biscuits and then only got 2. They was a bit aggravated As they should've been, and had to choose another type of biscuit.. but for was actually pretty good.. Fries could've been a bit

You would never reasonably expect excellent food, service, or even value from a Bojangles but this location is consistently the worst Bojangles location I visit. And because I travel in my work I have visited a few. You eiher dont get what you ordered, they dont have what you want even when it is something basic to Bojangles, the food is barely cooked, or its a biscuit that had the egg put in it a half hour ago. In the past 18 months the prices keep going up and the quality of their output product keeps going down. I am permanently done with this Bojangles location.

Check # 467740 Date 1/24/24. I placed an order for a 2pc dinner with 2 fixings but I was only given 1 fixing. Therefore I paid for a meal with 2 sides but was only given 1. The worst part of it all was, I had 3 meals in my order and all 3 meals contained raw chicken with blood in it. Called the restaurant to report and no one answered the phone. I was unable to leave a message because the voicemail was fun. Highly dissatisfied.

I drive for Uber Eats and this restaurant has not been able to fulfill any order placed! Always always out of something!! Or they close early because they don’t have food to sell.

We have tried to eat here twice now. Both times they don't have any fried chicken just sides (not even all the sides) or a supreme meal. 6:30 pm on a Friday( are they really out or just lazy)?It's a fried chicken place! We will never try this location again and advise others not to waste their time either.

Bojangles needs to fix the app and prevent customers from ordering food if it’s not going to be ready. It was a waste of time to drive to the store, only to discover my order hadn’t even started, and I was asked to wait an additional 30 minutes. Terrible experience!
