I went to the drive-thru at the Chick-fil-A in Cornelius and was pleasantly greeted. I ordered my food, pulled around, and received my food with a "Have a good day." My issue, the famous Chick-fil-A fries were undercooked and limp... no one wants undercooked/limp fries. They were terrible and greasy to boot... I go to any other Chick-fil-A and their fries are perfect... revamp your fries Cornelius and until then, I won't waste my time or money on half-cooked food. The first picture is of the fries from Cornelius Chick-fil-A. The SECOND picture is from another Chick-fil-A and their fries, which is how they should be.. fully cooked. Little crispy outside and soft inside. Get it right Cornelius!

This was my first time eating in Chick-fil-A, and I was pleasantly surprised by its table service. I placed my order, which was delivered by one of the truly friendly employees. I had a large Coke with my meal, and somehow it was known that I had finished the Coke and one of the employees came to my table and for free refilled my empty cup to full once again.... Bravo!! As they say, you can//not beat (even with a stick) the food and service in any other so-called fast food restaurant. Thank you, everyone, for making me feel so very welcome on my initial visit to a Chick-fil-A!.

Service still terrible…Update, they are definitely clowns from a service perspective. So I placed a drive thru mobile order last week. By the time I got home it’s was late and my kids figured out they shorted me a fry. Fast forward to this week and I placed another order and at the drive thru I showed them my receipt and asked for a credit or free fry. They said no way it’s against their policy and I would have come back by the next day to get a credit. Come on chic fil a. Check my lifetime status guys. I don’t need the $2.45 fries and can afford plenty of the overpriced fries but do right especially by your loyal customers. We’re done here Joe, find another customer…

I have been to this Chick-Fil-A so many times in the past year, and they always make the best food. The employees are very kind and get your order done in about 5-10 minutes depending on how big the order is. The food is amazing, and cooked great. They have a huge menu with different sandwiches and you can easily customize your sandwich, salad, or whatever you decide to get. Their dine in, take out, and drive thru are always the best experiences ever and the employees make my day. If you are looking for excellent customer service, very fast preparing food time, and great food, then I highly recommend this Chick-Fil-A.Vegetarian options: They have a gluten free bun option in the CFA app, and you can also take the cheese off the sandwich.Parking: Plenty of parking, and a big parking lot.

The people at the location that I go to in Mooresville North Carolina off of 150 they're always polite very nice atmosphere clean restrooms and as fast as they can go considering well it is Chick-fil-

Spent almost $33 on two breakfast meals and the lady in the drive thru had no personality and then I get my food and it’s all messy like they just threw it in the box! Also got a coffee with my meal they filled it up so high that it spilled all out in my car. Just great!
