I have seen COOK OUT’s all over out here when I’m working. Finally decided to try one. I know why they are not in Texas. 4 onion rings, & a sausage patty on a burger bun. Sad.

The food is always fresh and the service is always good but today when I went it was POURING down raining and there is nothing covering you when placing your order. I was told my order could not be taken at the window. I can’t believe there is nothing to shield you from the rain when placing an order.

I'm tired of the poor quality speaker box where I have to literally YELL at your clerks what I'd like to order for them to be able to comprehend and then still have to ask me at the window. Fix your speaker box because I know I'm not the only customer who doesn't want to repeat their order 4 times at the menu board just to repeat it another couple of times at the window

I got cheddar bites and there were 4 little bites, the food was cold. This use to be good food for a great value and it has went down. Burgers are smaller and the price went up. Very disappointed.

I’m vegetarian and ordered a cheese quesadilla with the quesadilla sauce on it. I went back and forth with the woman who was taking the order as she was trying to find out if I wanted extra sauce or sauce on the side. I received a chicken quesadilla with no quesadilla sauce on it. I came back and spoke to them and they were mad at me because they put in the order as a chicken quesadilla. Anyways, I received my cheese quesadillas, but still without any quesadilla sauce….
The workers had their dirty stringy hair down without head coverings. I saw hair on their clothes. You should be wearing something other than a cookout cap. Quesadilla should be removed from the menu. Ugh.

do not come to this cookout workers are extremely rude messed up my order 3 times and i tried to explain what was wrong with the order but everytime they said I was being rude and told me to leave there store. After they charged me for the wrong items and went through trying to get it fixed waited and watched them mock and be rude to me and my friends while cussing.

So this cookout is prob worse in meck county. From staff being on drugs & not knowing what there doing to GM being the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in the rest industry. I would drive 30mins out of the way to not spend $ here. Owner needs to clean
