I went here for a drink, and met the friendly staff. Love how everyone here is well dressed. I'm pretty much coming here for the rest of my life. (They serve my drinks fast.) Be careful, the staff may be to friendly!!

I usually don't leave bad reviews but after two terrible experiences back to back, I feel inclined to do so. On 12/23 I ordered a coffee and turkey bacon egg white sandwich through the drive thru. After exiting the parking lot I noticed that the sandwich was still frozen. It takes two seconds to check that the sandwich is actually hot before handing it to the customer. A waste of $5. On 12/24 I returned to this same location with the same order and hoped for different results. While the sandwich was hot, the cup they put the coffee in was bent around the top and caused the lid to fly off while I was drinking it. The scalding coffee spilt all over my lap and seats. It is likely that I have suffered some degree of burn because of this. In the future please have better cups or use two cups as this a danger to customers and a massive liability.

Employees are great. Only downside is the rude customers. I was walking from my parked car towards the entrance of the store and this crazy woman honked at me to get out of the way and almost ran me over. The law is pedestrians have the right of way. Another incident was when I was pulling out the drive thru and stopped at the stopped sign and a car was aggressively honking at me to go, it’s the law to stop at a stop sign as well. Very rude customers, I feel bad for the employees. These people should be embarrassed of themselves that they don’t know the laws of the road.

Wow...rudest staff ever. I don't normally complain. I'm an Uber driver. Came for a pick up. Store was quite busy. My delivery order was sitting bagged behind the counter .After some time...at least 5 minutes I was able to get the attention of a barrista who was bringing another moble order to the assigned area and asked for my order. She literally grabbed the bag (with a latte insde) and flung it at me spashing the contents and walked away. Several people in line linked at me in disbelief.Now I'm sure I will be the one dinged for having a spilled order....Who is the manager here? That was uncalled for as I certainly was not rude or impolite.

The lady at the front, was very rude to my two wonderful friends. One of them is mute and the Lady was extremely rude to her. When our drinks were ready, we waited about 30 minutes because she did not call out our names for the drinks. I thought that Starbucks had higher standards, this specific store should be held accountable for the actions of one terrible employee.

Is it busy first thing in the morning? Yes. Is that expected? Also, yes. Very kind employees and always worth the wait...even though I knocked it over when grabbing groceries and had only a few sips.

My drink was amazing ?? I asked the barista what I should order on such a hot day, and the frozen strawberry lemonade hit the spot for sure.I was greeted coming in and out of the store despite sitting and working for a few moments.The noise level was a bit much so I didn't stay long but I fo see why the location is super popular.
