This was our first visit to this tropical smoothie Café in Cornelius. I was greeted by a really friendly young man named Anand.I brought along my 81-year-old mother-in-law, who really loves smoothies and wanted to share a sandwich with me. Anand was incredibly patient and helpful and recommended the Supergreen Caesar chicken sandwich. It was a great choice. Nice flavor. Even my MIL loved it and she is as picky as a person can possibly be. He also recommended the Ghirardelli cranberry with white chocolate smoothie. I believe he said his father made that smoothie. Nice to see a family working side by side at this franchised business.The smoothie was so delicious! Anand nailed it with his recommendations. We will definitely come back to try more off the menu.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed a delivery order on the restaurant's app and I received an email saying my order was cancelled. So I called them and they said it wasn't canceled, they were working on the order. I never received the order so I called for them to issue a refund. They said I had to call door dash but door dash does not refund orders placed on the restaurant's app. The restaurant will not take responsibility and stole my money.

The staff at this location are exceedingly kind and so fast, I’ve never had to wait for an online order! And the food is so yummy the Island Detox Smoothie is my absolute fav because it has no added sugar! Best smoothie chain out there!!

Can I give this place a ZERO?Worst service, incredibly slow. Placed large order, after repeated calls to confirm, no return calls, placed online order. I called to confirm morning of, said it would be READY. After 45 min of waiting after it was supposed to be ready, just received order.Terrible, terrible service.Take business elsewhere.
