Went to Zapata’s today to celebrate my Birthday. Great customer service and food as always… love Zapata’s , We celebrate every special occasion here.. always great in everything .. no complaints food is by far the best..today we had great service and our waitress Argentina was excellent..

Worse experience at a Mexican restaurant. Only person in the restaurant. Really slow service. Didn't refill out drinks at all. Quesadilla was basically a soft taco with melted cheese in a microwave. It had oil dripping out of it. Chicken fajitas were burnt. Old lettuce. Cold cheese dip. I can keep going. Manager said they have a new cook. Seems like with I table in the restaurant occupied you'd have the time to train this new cook instead of letting him practice on me. Restaurant smells like old mop water. Try getting new water every so often.

I ordered Togo. Three people walked in behind me. The host looked right over me to assist the customers behind me. Even the customers said “she was here first” he told them with out even acknowledging me to me “oh she’s Togo” . Then after he led them to their seats. He told me my food (that I ordered well in advance ) would be ready in 2 more minutes. I said ok. He comes back 15 minutes later. By this time I’m so irritated. I still just gave him the payment and went back to work. The food was absolutely horrible. I’m not sure what took it so long because it wasn’t fresh. Fast forward several hours after the fact. I see them take an additional charge off of my card. When I called they were very cocky about not giving me my money back. This was after the first two acted as if they did not speak English. Do not eat here! They are scam artists that cater to a particular group of people! Not all are welcomed!

Tacos were like they should be hot delicious and flavorful. My wife and I enjoyed the street tacos and the chips and salsaDefinitely going back for their soups.

This place is great. I love the Service , the atmosphere and the food was excellent. Big portions and everything you order comes with a side wear. Argentina was one of the girls she served pur table and she was amazing and made pur experience better. Definitely will go back.Parking: Parking right in front of the restaurant
Of all the times I have always eaten well but the last Thursday I went to lunch it was unpleasant with my horden with too much saltAnd I had almost no taste in my mouth and maybe I'll have to change the cook oh to see something I'm frustrated because I didn't just eat the tortillas we ate and the drinkMy cousin took it for the first time and he was amazed at the food.I hope that next time they cook better and carefully so as not to salad it.

Unfortunately this was some of the worst Mexican food I've had in a while. The chips and salsa were just okay, sort of. The oil needed to be changed out on the fryer. And the salsa had black pepper in it, which doesn't belong in there. I had the enchilada trio which was a poor choice, evidently. The only decent thing on the plate was the rice and refried beans. I have never in my life had a (cheddar) cheese enchilada with a sweet tomato(??) sauce over it...yuk! The consistency of the beef in the beef enchilada was smooth...not sure it was beef. I did not eat the chicken enchilada at this point. The side order of guacamole was flavorless. The Zapata Margarita was pretty good though, which was surprising. I hadn't eaten at Zapata's in quite a while. I don't think I'll be returning.

We were ignored by our waitress for most of our dine in experience. She was very friendly to the table next to us but very cold to us. I would have ordered more drinks but she didn’t check on us. There were only two tables occupied in the dining room we were in, and no one else, so my partner and I thought this was odd. My partner wondered if it was discrimination. I really hope not.
