How does this Subway even makeMoney? Drive through is non existent and the employees are usually high. I’ve smelled weed inside 3-4 times that’s why I try and utilize the drive through.

Customer service is horrible, unless the girl Is working afternoons. They promote this new drive-through that’s been there forever that never works, Have people sitting at it, but do not post that the drive-through is not working or tell people that it’s not working through the window, Very inconvenient. When you mention to them, they should post to the drive-through is not working they proceeded to laugh, lmao.

I don’t understand why this Subway has a drive thru at all! The last three times I tried to use it they never answer, I watch for 15 minutes of people coming in out while I was still waiting. I got tired of waiting and went to pop my head in to ask if they were going to wait on me only to have the young woman to snap at me and say they were busy and they’d be with me but I went back to my car only for them to never take my order. I just decided to park and go inside to order rather have them continue to ignore me. The young people they have working at night have horrible attitudes and will argue with you. If I could give this place no stars I would. Get your restaurant together Subway in Creedmoor!

Food is good, if you ever get a chance to get it. I don’t know why there is a drive thru even put in here because NONE of the employees are ever attentive to it. I’ve sat in the drive thru just to see how long it takes a couple of times and it’s a joke. It’s even better when the employees are joking around our front and see you sitting there, go back in and you still aren’t helped. I could drive to Raleigh and back to get my subway faster than going here! Service needs work!

Was just accosted by the persons "god daughter" of the employee who works there. As I was walking through the door she was walking out she opened the door and before a thank you was said a she started cussing me out a word that rimes with maggots & she continued to go on and on. So she made it so unbearable we had to leave she continued to cuss me and my family out and then her grandmother and 15 kids came out of this little ugly jeep and continued to cuss us out. and call me a word that rimes with maggots. DO NOT EAT HERE. From out of town and wont be back.Update: called the store for the manager and the Employee of the "devil daughter" called me the same word that rimes with maggots but just with an F.

The owners of this store need to be more involved. The service here is very slow, the drive thru doesn’t work, there aren’t any signs saying it’s out of order. Sometimes they’ll ask you to pull up and order through the window, other times you’re left sitting out there just to park and walk in and see staff sitting around on their phones. The last time I ordered here I pulled up to the drive thru because I had my kids and was in a rush… then to the window… was asked to come inside and then told ownership was supposed to put a sign up awhile back that it was out of order but hadn’t gotten around to it. How hard can it be? It’s a mess.
If you're going to have a drive thru, cool. Don't just "don't do drive thru anymore" and leave the menu, speaker, and window up with no notice that it is closed. Huge waste of time.
