It is awesome to have fun at work but a drive-thru order should not take more than 5 minutes if the drive-thru is empty and the store is not busy. The crew spent more time blowing straw paper at each other and joking around right in front of me while they got my " order" prepared. They gave me the wrong order, had to wait longer for them, then they said "we *expletive* up an order again" while i waited for them to correct their mistake. Definitely need a more mature crew who pays attention to what they are doing.

There are no hairnets being worn. There is a person in there with long pointed fingernails wearing no gloves nobody in there wears gloves. It's a complete health issue, and I feel that they should be shut down because of that. I'm not going to go there anymore because of that. I called the store itself in Denver talk to the manager and they said they were not required to do all that, I find that hard to believe, so that being said, I will be calling the company office headquarters and submit a claim in there too. We love Burger King, but we will not eat it that one from here on out. It's a hazard of health issue that is not going to be dealt with by me and my family.
