Some of the people there are rude. Especially the store manager. She has her own little favorite group of people she works with. She also has the district manager wrapped around her finger like she doesn't do anything wrong. She literally let's her crew and management team go out back and smokes weed. When you tell the district manager nothing got done about it. I've already put something into EEOC just awaiting them to get back to me. I definitely say this isn't a place to put an application in to work. Also don't mess with one of her cooks that's her baby even though she has a man at home.

This location is getting better the short person in the drive-thru seemed to work hard despite it appears she was working alone moving cars forward of the drive through to keep things flowing Good Job shorty she also seemed to be going the extra mile to make sure the orders were correct ( Management Please keep her on the window) she seems to take pride in her work that's rare at this location. Overall 5 stars now.Parking: Plenty of place to park in the evening here.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly environment.

It appears headquarters does not read any of these but I will share in hopes to make it a better place. The quality of food and the workers are great here, however this BK needs new equipment(from conversation I overheard from employees behind the counter) and the managers need more authority to do business. To whoever owns this franchise, I would bet these investments would pay for themselves in the long run.

I originally left this location a 5 star review and have ignored the continued bad service ever since. I don’t know what happened to this place but I believe it’s time I give up on them. Food is always cold now and I haven’t received a receipt in my past 5 visits.

Probably the worst independent Burger King franchise in the entire Charlotte region. I’ve been living here for about 17 years and the Milkshake machine hasn’t worked since like 2013. ? Literally a meme at this point. Hopefully in the future the area will have an actual corporate Burger King instead of this place. I would recommend going to the Food Lion right behind the restaurant and make your own burgers before buying here.
