I stopped at the DQ in Denver a couple of times this week. The first time my order was cleared without being filled and the manager realized what happened before I did. His name was Alston and he got my order out right away, told me what happened, apologized and gave me a coupon for a free meal. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! OMG!! I have not seen this since before COVID! Parking: Drive-thru is too narrow at the exit! They had a car stopped waiting on food and I couldn't get by! Just crazy, have people go park in a spot not in the road wide enough for one car!!
