Got our meal to go, burger was fine but the Hot Ham and Cheese, was not hot and the bread was stale, not to mention the sprite I got was out so that was a nasty surprise going down the road.

We had to wait for hot fries, which is nice. However, with the hot fries we got a cold burger and half filled shake. And they forgot the kids meal so we had to go back.

I placed order online and had it yo be ready by 5:15pm had to wait another 45 minutes to get order and then it was not right had to go back and get it fixed and still missing food, poor management, when manager stands and talks instead of helping and goes outside to smoke, that is poor management to me.

Hardee's was my intro to the workforce so I know the ins and the outs of this restaurant. That being said, the burger tasted....off and it was filthy. Management needs to change STAT because they are certainly not doing this location any favors!
