Got the McMuffin. English muffin was untoasted. Sausage and egg was cold. Hash browns seemed undercooked, like it was still partially frozen. Couldn't eat any of it, total waste of money.

Spent 10 minutes extra in drive through parking waiting for a caramel frappe. They served a frappe to a vehicle that came after us in drive through that also had to park. Had to leave without frappe to beat rush hour traffic to Charlotte Airport. Staff attitude was rude and dismissive.

This is the first time I have been back in a year thought they might have gotten better. I should have known better still the worse store on the east coast!!! Drive thru terrible attitude by employee, the place was not busy and still had to pull up and wait 10 min for the slowest walking person I have ever seen . Cheeseburger was so salty I did not eat it .

I dont do reviews because i think they are a waste of my time but it irked my nervous for the rude and negative energy that i got from the drive thru african american lady who was working on the reserved drive thru, she had a black beanie hat and black jacket on. I was listening how her tone was while taking orders. It was morning time but there wasn't a busy line to be acting such an aggravated and not caring manner. Ive worked at fast food and if you don’t like your job, please quit. Im not looking for free meal or money back, but a good coach to talk to her. Thank you, p.s the old lady on the first window is AWESOME and super nice! Thats why i go back !
