3/16i order from this place multiple times a week. I called to ask if I had time to still order but the kid that answered was rude and told me to hold so I did… called back 5 mins laters after waiting and they had turned the phones off. I won’t be back.

Absolutely love Palmberries as we frequent all 3 locations.The only complaint I would have is that, often when we sit down to enjoy our delicious bowls, we have to end up leaving because of some of the music that plays there that has explicit sexual content that even my adult ears don't want to hear. It ruins the experience.

I was so excited to once again get a bowl of açaí! After a short shopping trip, I treated myself to a dessert. I could not remember what I got last time but after showing a picture of my previous bowl the cashier confirmed it as the palm bowl. He was right and I’m grateful! Service was quick. Presentation was great but the taste was supreme! I got the snack size and it was more than enough for one person. Nice ambiance and music was fun. Great experience!

Every time I come here it is just a great experience! Every employee has been kind and attentive! The inside decor is very nice and I love the wall that has definitions of the different items that they offer! You have to see it to see what I mean! I love how I can make my own bowl but I do also like the options they provide as well! Everything is fresh and my orders always come out so fast! I love stopping here for a sweet and healthy snack!
