Wow...THE worst sub maker is behind the counter today...this person needs at least another 6 months of supervised training. She couldn't / wouldn't prepare it right. She walked to the checkout, added it all up and walked off saying just put your card in the thing...and walked to the back to get on the cell phone...my sandwich was made all wrong, no customer service and no one to tell it to..

I did an online order and picked it up. Got gone and there's a long hair in it. I tried calling the store and no answer. HIGHLY disappointed!! The food tasted okay but they skimped on the toppings. The bread was hard and the sub was really dry. This location usually does well but today was a huge miss.

Denver has two Subways, and this is the one by Harris Teeter. The other one is in WalMart Supercenter less than a quarter of a mile away. From what I found out; they are owned by the same franchisee. Had never tried this location till today and probably won't try it again if I am to expect the same level of service. My wife and I are hosting a dinner party tonight and wanted to grab a quick something for lunch without messing a lot up. Decided on Subway and chose this one because I had never been to this location and with Holiday Traffic and rain imminent, this location afforded curbside parking. She wanted a Black Forest Ham and Turkey Wrap with Provolone, and I wanted their signature BMT. Walked in and I believe there were at least two employees behind the counter. Needed to make a quick detour to the men's room and told one of the ladies I would be back out in a second. Finished and washed my hands, exited and went to a deserted counter. Everyone had disappeared and nowhere to be found. Waited for something like 5 minutes and left and no one ever showed up. Even tried to call the store when I got back into the car but eventually it went to voice mail. Drove over to the Subway at WalMart and I was right. It was starting in rain heavily and the parking lot was packed. This is are local Subway I normally use and as usual, the service was excellent. On hearing of my disastrous problems at the other location, I don't know her position by the lady what checked me out apologized for all of my problems. She took my name and phone number and explained that both stores were owned by the same franchisee and that he would be calling me. That said, I also wanted to get some cookies for my wife, and she comped three even though I told her that was not necessary. Now if we can only get this dinner party in 2 1/2 hours behind us, maybe we can return to some sort of normal.

Ordered on the APP. They were out of ingredients and didn't know how to credit my purchase because it was on the APP. No GC or even an apology for taking my money but not giving me my sandwich.

They dropped the tortilla wraps on the floor. Threw the 2 away that "touched the floor" and put the rest that fell on top of those (on the floor) back in the rack. When I said "no thanks, I dont want off-the-floor tortillas", they got mad at me. ..bizarre experience.The young lady who was originally helping me was kind the entire time. So that's good at least.

Super great experiance today! I have just started a diet and was getting a wrap to split with my wife on the way home from the gym. Being on a diet sucks. Tiffany was working and immediately picked up on my "situation" and shared some positive thoughts and well wishes! I was needed, cause part of me wanted to go to pizza hut and order 1 of everything! It was very much appreciated! One of the better subways around!Vegetarian options: My wife enjoys the veggie subParking: They are in a curve in the shopping center, so parking at times can be a little far. But hey,it's extra steps!

Having guests drop in and tried the 143 cross center dr., Denver, NC Subway via email. Easy to use website, offers all the new 16 sandwiches and the classics. Ordered 3, roast beef, turkey, and ham all completed within minutes and at time promised. Labeled by server 999997, 5/13/2023 9:32:03 am, so I could easily identify each wrapped sandwich. Quick and easy, applied BOGO50 just as easily. Will definitely try in the future. Make your dining party easy !!! SANDWICH'IN WIDE.

So disappointed in my pickup order! My protein bowl steak & cheese was lean on ingredients... 2 tomato slices, 1 cuke slice and a sprinkle of lettuce plus missing the cheddar!! A footlong clearly offers more vegetables than what my bowl offered and i paid more for this! This is why ordering ahead isn't worth the convenience... plus they had my salad ready on the order-ahead shelf but forgot the chips! Really?!,!, #WaistedMyRewardOnHalfEmptyBowl

Don’t expect to get the right amount of meat on your sub. They use meat trays at this location to limit how much meat goes on each sub. Something stingy subway operators do. What’s worse is that some meat trays barely have any meat in them at all, and others have just a small amount. You’d think if they were going to do that, then at least all of the meat trays would have an equal amount of meat in them, but nope. Thankfully there are other competing Subway locations that don’t do this.

Placed an order on the app. Once it said it was ready went in to get it and they tell me you must be at the wrong location because we have no order for you. I show them my confirmation and payment and they told me it didn’t matter they won’t make it without a ticket. I asked how they could make it right and he said well I can void the order and you will be refunded. I asked how that was possible if he was saying he did not have an order for me. He just said OH yeah! My order finally came through 20 minutes later and instead of doing my order they did all the people in the restaurant first. Took another 45 minutes to get our sandwiches. No sorry, no apology. Nothing!!! We will never be back!
