Stopped by around lunch time on a Thursday. Order the rings and things meal. To the contrary, my order came out right. It was fresh, hot and tasted good. Staff was friendly and drive thru moved rather quickly

ZERO RATING. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I FOUND A LONG BLONDE HAIR IN MY CHICKEN! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. I had called the store the manager was very rude and continued to say that he has no blondes working when I clearly seen them when buying my food and when the hair was literally in my chicken and I bit into it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We usually get the salad figured. I would try the chicken filly. Looks better than it was . Miss deep fried mushrooms. Overall food lacks flavor.

Person taking order at window sounded like they didn't want to be there. Young guy at the window with blonde hair was nice. My chicken tenders and fries were cold. The toast was burnt and stale (old). My toddlers grilled cheese had burnt stale toast as well. I'll pass on this location, especially since it's the most expensive fast food option.

I had an order issue, and called back and spoke to Harley. She is excellent. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have always been a Zaxby's person, and this experience just reinforced why I patronize Zaxby's.Job well done Harley!!!!
