I wasn't very happy with my meal. I had a 2 piece chicken dinner with 2 sides. The sides were great but the chicken was barely warm and dry. My husband said his was the same and wasn't pleased with the sweet tea either. The time was 5pm, chicken should have been hot at dinner time. Hope this gets better, I wanted a hot meal not a cold meal.
We bought takeout for dinner and when we got home, the 4 pc Supreme Strips were overcooked. I immediately called and talked to the manager, Jeff. He couldn't have been more sympathetic and told me he would replace the entire takeout order. He took down my name and told me to ask for him personally when we arrived. It's not a 5 star restaurant, but I give it 5 stars. If you like fried chicken with a little Cajun flavor, this is the place. The service at all bojangles is a little sketchy at times, probably, but what fast food isn't. You get what you pay for. The sides are pretty good. If you are concerned about eating healthy, I'd say go somewhere else.
