Was given wrong order in drive thru. Took back through was ask if he could put the same onion rings in the bag. Of course I said yes as long as my food was hot. Got two hotdogs , onion rings and a large drink. He brought it back to me needless to say my hotdogs was in a burger box and buns was cold. Mind you I only get mayo on my hotdogs so go figure. At that point I was upset cause really how long does it take to warm a bun. Mind you I paid 23.25 for this and instead of giving my drink after having to come back they took it out of my money I ask for back. So I got like 9 bucks and some change back. If you ask me they need a new manager and back grill workers. The guy took my money he was excellent.

Went to Dairy Queen tonight 04-01-2024 at the Dobson location 2359 Zephyr road, and ordered the $7 chicken basket, the flame thrower burger single combo, a nutter butter shake and a cookie dough chocolate chip blizzard. The chicken was cold, the fries was cold the toast was missing as well as my condiments the chicken box came with a sundae as to which I didn’t get, instead of the single like I asked for it was upgraded to a double (didn’t catch that until I was home) and when I went back to Dairy Queen I let them know I was missing the sundae as to which the cashier said “give me a minute and I’ll have that right out” I said no problem things happen. He literally walked around the corner and got the sundae that had been made prior and handed it to me out of the window instead of making a fresh one. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location and they need to get their stuff together.

We often stop at the Dobson Dairy Queen during our travels on Rt 77. The staff are incredibly friendly!
Food was great. But had to wait awhile for our food. Very few employees working.

Great location and plenty of room. We went there with the entire little league football team. All the kids got milkshakes. It took a bit to get them all served but not bad at all, considering the amount. We got lunch for the family as well. The burger was a bit over cooked and just not that good because of it. The onion rings and fries were really good. Maybe the burger was an anomaly...
