Interesting metal art pieces and walking paths. This is a great place to visit, especially when you're traveling. Get out, have some ice cream and take a break, take a walk through the woods. There's a dog park and everything.“

“An absolutely fabulous experience! I got a frozen fruit bar, and that's exactly what it was. Whole blueberries and blackberries and parts of strawberries with walnuts, it's my new favorite. There are so many things to choose from and they are all delicious and absolutely beautiful.“

“My sister and I stopped by because it was open and I’ve heard such good things! It did not disappoint! We had the hot chocolate which was rich and creamy and tried a “Christmas tree cake” custard sandwich. The custard was AMAZING and the cookie was perfect with it. We will absolutely be back!“

My brother in law nailed it.....'It was really good that combo slaw, onion, tomato, mayo hits just right'..... and he's right. I'm usually not a slaw guy but it works here.Homemade Oreo ice cream $3. Plus dogs got some treats from the waitress and cook. We love it!“

“The signs on the wall are worth stopping in for by themselves. We heard the peach moonshine ice cream was worth trying but sadly we were disappointed in it. They do have Hershey ice cream which means they have green mint chocolate chip which is to die for!“

“A fun blast from the past spot to grab a bite in downtown Mount Airy. It's nothing fancy but we wanted lunch so we got a burger and sandwich. My burger was good. Nothing special but I didn't expect it. Frozen patty was good size and it's served with onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo. It was hot and fresh. My husband liked his sandwich a lot. He added lettuce and tomato, which we recommend because otherwise it's a little light on the meat and may not satisfy your appetite. The fries were the frozen crinkle cut variety but were crispy, hot and fresh. The star of this place are the hand mixed sodas. You could get any combo you want and I bet they would all be really good. This is a great option that's not available many places so we definitely took advantage of that. I chose an orange pineapple soda. My husband wanted a sasparilla but they were out so he ordered a fresh orangeade instead. His was really good too but we both liked mine better. Some other customers ordered milkshakes that looked amazing! I'll have to try those next time for sure. The service was really friendly and fast. It's a true mom and pop place. We had a great lunch and enjoyed the conversation from the owners too!“
