Internet been messed up for over a week so they say I know labor cost was up before this and they sent employees home instead of having a manager leave. So this put cash money in there pocket to make up for labor. Not been able to earn points for my free food so yeah this is annoying

I ordered a bacon bagel and received just an egg bagel, not only do you have to check the bag for your items but also unwrap the items to make sure you got your order correctly…smh do better!!

I'm giving 3 stars because most of the staff is really nice, but, this morning I ordered 2 orders of biscuits n gravy. I ordered them for my client at work, who wouldn't be able to eat them until a couple of hours later, therefor I specifically and politely asked in the drive thru to have the gravy on the side on both orders, so it wouldn't be soggy later when my client ate it. The guy in the drive thru told me "no problem", well I was in a bit of a rush to make it to work on time, so I didn't check the food. When I arrived at work, the gravy was poured on the biscuits, on both orders. I didn't ask for much, and there was no line in the drive thru, yet they couldn't do a simple thing that I asked. My client is now eating mush.

It's OK. Food is what you expect, it's McDonald's, so there's not a lot of variance. Between this location and Dobson, I'd take Dobson every time. I dinged the service, UT it's not that anyone I've dealt with here is unpleasant, it's just more mistake prone than most mcd's I've been to. Forgotten items happen occasionally. Fries are frequently shortchanged (to the point of large fries only being filled to the small crescent cutout in the front - basically only half full). That's at a point where you have gotten a regular size fries or less in a large fry carton. Occasional missing or incorrect sauces. It's not anything you'd say "I'm never going back", but it is enough to be frustrating when it happens. Other than that, they are *usually* pretty quick with the drive through, enough to where I suspect the few times the drive through was very slow were probably due to factors that the people inside couldn't control.
