Amazing food and people. I love a little dinner. The great prices are definitely worth it. They even gave me a free tea while I waited. The workers were so sweet and kept up a conversation with me while I wait even making sure there was nothing else I needed while I waited. Can't wait until I go again. 9/10

Good food . Had fish and hush puppies coleslaw. Hush puppies were done to perfection. Coleslaw should have been a main course fish wash cooked the way I wanted. Breading was done fish was flaky.

Surry Diner is a must try! Nice little place! Great service and food! Flounder plate with salad, baked potato and texas toast for $9.25!!!!! Also the shrimp plate for same price! The food is amazing and very hard to beat the price! We really enjoyed eating here and are looking forward to coming back very soon! The sweet tea is the best tea I've had in a long time!

Breakfast: food was no good, greasy, eggs scorched and whites not done. First time we have ate there in years, sad to see that it has gone downhill like it has.**The grill had food on the side "keeping warm" grease was running toward it .. grill looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Friendly fast service at a small locals' diner. Was expecting better food based on all the good reviews. Flounder sandwich was fine but club was just lunch meat and American cheese with the bacon and toasted bread. Overall, good for a quick bite and convenient to 77 but don't expect too much.
