The restaurant gave me a raw chicken patty! I have called several times and left voicemails each time but no one has called back. Very disappointed that no one has tried to resolve the issue or issue a refund!

I always go inside. I stop pretty much every day. You're always getting my orders wrong. Y'all ask everything about someones life. Like y'all writing a book. When you got customer standing outside the door waiting for the order to be taken. You say your card machines are down. But yet your drivethru seem to be working fine. How is electronic system not working on two cash registers. But yet working on one and they're all tied together. I believe y'all don't have nobody to work the front and the ones that are there. You just don't want to deal with it.

Food is hit or miss. Sometimes I have a WONDERFUL experience here. Other times I ask myself why I keep coming back! Today I got charged $2.69 to add bacon to my steak biscuit and the bacon was burnt and small. They always get this sandwich wrong for me and it’s the ONLY thing I crave from Biscuitville. Fried steak with bacon, Shell scrambled egg and cheese. I asked twice to verify the cheese would be there and it wasn’t. $11 down the drain. I didn’t even get the combo.

THE MEATLOAF BISCUIT IS SUPER TASTY DELICIOUS!!!! I really liked the sunshine yellow inside, it had a really good sanitation score, I think it was a 98. I stopped in on my way to work. I'm glad I didn't have time to eat the entire meatloaf biscuit because it was SO big and SO awesome! I got coffee that was delicious just black, and cheesey grits. The side of cheesey grits was WAY bigger than I expected , I thought it was going to be about half the size, like a KFC individual side size. I think it was a manager was at the register. He was very polite even when the guy in front of him was being wrong about some sausage and he was just over all nice and polite and it was a really great morning. It's nice you can get tasty breakfast food even if you don't have time to sit down and enjoy it ?

Southern, traditional, yummy. Avoid the meatloaf but the bacon is always tasty. Fluffy warm biscuits, excellent sausage gravy and coffee.

I came the restaurant a few minutes after they open I was greeted by a lady with an attitude when all I was trying to do was ask what time did they open since the doors were locked but on Google maps and Apple Maps it says they were open like I said, just was trying to figure out the correct times so I knew when to come since I don’t live around herebut all I was greeted was a negative attitude

I had a bad time. The staff was rude.. I came early in the morning not too long after they opened. The lady came to the door asked me what I wanted. I asked her what time did they open because the doors were locked she kept screaming at me and said I'm not opening the door for you when all I had asked was what time did they open, very unprofessional and rude
