This Bojangles consistently gets my order wrong. It's as though they don't understand English. They ask dine in or to go, but they always make it to go. I order 3 piece dinner I get 3 chicken tenders. Order a half sweet/unsweet tea and get an Arnold Palmer. I always have to remind them to include the biscuit that comes with the combo. The staff is rude when corrected on their numerous mistakes.

I do sometimes go to Bojangles. After all, I am from North Carolina! When I do go, I go to this location. Everyone behind the counter is friendly and helpful. I went for an early lunch today. I had the 3-piece boneless chicken dinner. The chicken was delicious. The biscuit was delicious, fluffy and fresh. I have never had the coleslaw there before, and was surprised by how good it is! Larger pieces of cabbage, not like the kind that is ground up cabbage. It was delicious. The iced tea was great. My whole meal was so good, so I decided to write a review. I will definitely go again. ?

The employees are always polite and do a great job! My order has always been correct.Sometimes you might have to wait a bit, especially around football and basketball season, because people will order crazy amounts for tailgating parties and such. But that's not the restaurant's fault.Kid-friendliness: They have spicy and non-spicy chicken, and what kid doesn't like chicken and fries?
