Bonefish is not giving deals like 2 for 30.00 and free desert. Less crowded today. I guess people aren't eating here like they use to however the beer and burger place WAS very busy bone fish food was under cook not so good

Food is good. Went here a few times during the week. Had a different dish Everytime it didn't disappoint once. Bartenders Nicole and Christian were friendly attentive and gave me good recommendations, you really can't ask for much more when eating at the bar.

Upon coming in we were sat by the kitchen. I asked to move as it was a high volume area and the restaurant was pretty empty at 2:30 p.m. We then sat by the bar where we ordered drinks and the bar tender spoke to everyone in that area except for us. Did I mention that we were the only black Americans in bar area.

I would give no stars if I could, but the hostess and server deserve a star. What happened to the Bonefish? Tasteless, old food. It makes me ill when I think of the money I wasted there. Update: I guess management just wanted to show concern for this review in this forum, because they certainly did nothing to make up for my horrible experience. It's just as well. I have not been back, nor will I ever.

Trying to give the experience the most honest and fair review possible. I would like to lead with Lawrence, the manager, was very professional, calm and collected throughout our group’s experience which was a 50/50 split of good and bad. With that said, I attended a family party at this Bonefish with about 18 other people. The appetizers, that actually made it to our our table, were delicious. One or two were forgotten by the waiter and brought out much later. When the dinners came out, the experience went down hill. Rubbery lobster, tough filet mignon, hard, cold pasta noodles, burnt Brussel sprouts and again , a member of the party didn’t receive their meal at all; very disappointing for a higher end chain restaurant that I used to love. These meals weren’t exactly on the low end of pricing so you expect it to be prepared correctly. I stand by the fact that our request for corrections seemed to frustrate and/or overwhelm our waiter who was working to assist us which I shared with the manager; body language says a lot. Overall I enjoyed the company, just not the experience. I can’t say that I will never go there again because Bonefish has some of the best adult beverages in the business. Maybe from now on, I will just stick to the bar and appetizers; minus the Brussel sprouts.
