I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and food.... I been wanting to try this place for months and hearing and reading great reviews I was more than excited. When I called in I was just basically rushed to make my order, I was quoted 25 minutes for my order. Of course I'm thinking that they may be busy so that could've been the reason. Once I walked in it was no less than 20 people in the dining area. It only took me 13 minutes to get there and I seen my order already on the counter. The lady at the front took another customers payment and didn't acknowledge me nor the other people behind me and just walk back to the kitchen. 40 seconds later an older guy came out bypassing me and helped the customer behind me to get him seated. A lady that was sitting at a table apparently hasn't been helped yet either. That's when I had to let the old guy know that I had a take out order and wanting to pay since it was my lunch hour. I ordered the brisket pho and it was disappointing. I would say save your money and time and go down tw Alexander to Bonjour Banh Mi and Tea!

Tasty little Vietnamese joint near RTP - was Saturday afternoon so kind of slow but the food was amazing. Got vermicelli with pork and eggrolls. Everything was well-cooked and seasoned, and the dish came with all the veggie trimmings too. The Thai iced tea (not pictured) also hit the spot. Great place and would definitely go back.

It used to be one of our favorite places for pho, but our recent dining experience hasn't been pleasant. The flavor of the pho wasn't the same as before, and the service standards definitely needs improvement.

All meats in the dishes were juicy and tender, perfectly cooked. The pho soup had an excellent flavor. The bun chicken dish was also very good, although it was missing carrots. Spring rolls were freshly made, the wrappers were a little extra chewy but very good.Vegetarian options: There is an option of vegetarian spring rolls as well as a few vegetarian dishes.Parking: Apple parking outside the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There are two ways into the restaurant. The entrance at the front of the building has a wheelchair ramp, the entrance on the side of the building has a few steps.

Food never was delivered after ordering through their site, no one answered phones, and now they are refusing to give us a refund for the food that never showed up. Disappointed and feel scammed.

The guy was rude AF! We went to the drive through to pick up an online order and he shut the door at us. He thought we were an uber driver and he didn’t say a word. I went to the front and nobody was at the lobby, after several minutes waiting he came out with an attitude and angry face. I get that you’re tired dude but we all are. If you don’t like your job get you another one, simple. Terrible experience.
Best Bowl of Pho! The first time I went I tried the “Bo hue” pho and since then I can't ever try another soup because I love how the Bo Hue is spicy and the meat is delicious! Try it I recommend for those who like spicy! I always add more spicy sauce ? so delicious!?Try it for all my people who love spicy, it's delicious, it's called “Bo Hue” and you can ask for more spicy sauce to add if you want it spicier ? I really like it, I recommend it!

This is the richest beef broth of any pho I have tried. I have tried a lot. The meatballs are so wonderfully peppery. Even the tendon , something I usually find a bit too chewy, was tender and tasty. The owner takes pride in his traditional pho and it shows.

LOVE this place, favorite place to go on a rainy or cold weather or when I'm feeling under the weather. Every pho on the menu is good! Fresh spring roll with the chili lime sauce instead of the peanut sauce is to die for. Always hot and fresh food, service is very fast.

My husband and I tried Bowl of Pho for the first time and it did not disappoint. I chose the vegetarian soup with a vegetarian spring roll. My taste buds were dancing. We will definitely go back and try other options. The manager was super nice and made sure I got what I wanted since I was trying it for the first time.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian meals are available and delicious.
